The menu also includes delicious beach fayre with refreshing fruit platters, scrumptious salads and beef burgers on the go for the enthusiastic sun worshiper.

      Carlsbad born Jakub started what was to be a successful career in Central Europe where his early years in the industry provided him with a variety of valuable experiences.

       Trained in classic and modern European cuisine with experience from Michelin rated restaurants and world-class hotels. During this time Jakub worked alongside Vito Mollica at Allegro Restaurant, Four Seasons hotel Prague, Bernhard Mayer at Lanes Restaurant, Four Seasons hotel London and Daniele Galmiche at The Vineyard Restaurant in Newbury and many more..

      Jakub has been sharing his culinary passion with people from all over the world. Recently joining the Watermark group , providing the new-style Italian and International cuisine for Bangkok's metropolis at La Villa Restaurant. Jakub's exclusive and innovative approach to fine dining has created a signature experience with captivating menu selections. His greatly desired performance will also be tailored and enhanced within the LaVilla Restaurant, adding his personal elegance and supreme attention to detail to this highly anticipated contemporary restaurant.
